BUILDING THE FUTURE

Raising the bar of excellence for campus living

Our Mission

Our mission is to develop and maintain a collaborative exchange with Historical Black Colleges & Universities' (HBCUs) leadership to build state-of-the-art residence and classroom spaces on college campuses. To achieve our mission, H Spirit Capital Management, LLC will provide funding from various sources along with proven management teams.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be the principal provider of state-of-the-art living and learning spaces on college campuses across the United States. Our spaces are designed with a high-tech – high-touch form that blends the latest technology with the comforts of home and family. We design and build with the future leaders in mind.

Student Housing Project

Student housing can be an influential factor in increasing recruitment and maintaining enrollment levels. Still, on far too many college campuses today, students are faced with issues such as cramped quarters, multiple roommates, outdated residence hall facilities, and awkwardly placed amenities. In particular are the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s) who have the added worry of declining retention rates. More Information
