Raising the bar of excellence for campus living

Our Mission

Our mission is to develop and maintain a collaborative exchange with Historical Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs) leadership to build a state-of-the-art residence and classroom spaces on college campuses. To achieve our mission, H Spirit Capital Management, LLC will provide funding from various sources along with proven management teams.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be the principal provider of state-of-the-art living and learning spaces across the United States college campuses. Our spaces are designed with a high-tech – a high-touch form that blends the latest technology with the comforts of home and family. We design and build with future leaders in mind.

Student Housing Project

Student housing can be an influential factor in increasing recruitment and maintaining enrollment levels. Still, on far too many college campuses today, students are faced with issues such as cramped quarters, multiple roommates, outdated residence hall facilities, and awkwardly placed amenities. In particular are the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU’s) who have the added worry of declining retention rates. More Information
